Not only did he accommodate my requests, he gave me additional options, sent me images while he was making it, and shipped quickly one it was completed. The end product was beautiful -- very well packaged and meticulously crafted. I also purchased an amp to go with the guitar. I use my cigar box amp for a pretty nice keyboard and it gives GREAT sound I was so pleasantly surprised. If you are hesitant that your fancy brand name instruments needs its own brand's amp to sound good I can assure you that was not the case and if you are also hesitant about not being able to hear the quality of sound prior to purchase like I was, rest assured you will not be disappointed!! Packs a punch for such a lightweight, little amp and I always get compliments on it - thank you for my new travel amp I am so glad I made this purchas!!
